The scope of work included the comprehensive refurbishment of 86 PAX wet units. We were responsible for the decommissioning and strip-out works of old ceramic tiles and existing fixtures, as well as executing the necessary modifications to the plumbing and electrical installations. We also completed the precise installation of new tiling, full sanitaryware setup, and the modernization of the entrance doors to the wet units.
